On Friday, 20th March 2026, a fire drill was conducted for the Primary and Secondary Departments of The J. B. Vachha High School.

The drill commenced at 10:35 a.m.

It was organised in two sessions: the first for students of Grades V to VIII, and the second for students of Grades IX to X and Primary students.

The fire drill was conducted by the local fire department under the guidance of two instructors, Mr. Sanjay Mistry and Mrs. Rohini Gotalkar, along with two fire vendors, Mrs. Kiran Tanpure and Mr. Shudhanshu Mirke.

During the session, students were made aware of important emergency helpline numbers. The instructors also provided practical demonstrations for both students and teachers on how to extinguish and prevent fires effectively.
