Please click on the option – Online form. Fill up the form . Click on submit .Then download the form. Print it . Stick the child’s photo along with the parents and deposit it in the drop box at the school. 

Follow the instructions given below :

  • Once you click  on the Online Form Link,  a login window opens.
  • Below the login window Click on Sign Up.
  • Enter your email-id.
  • Click on Register.
  • A password will be sent to your mail.
  • Using the  password which you received in your mail – Login
